These terms cover your use of motionplusstudios.com, run by Motionplus Studios, a film and photography studio based at KNUST, Kumasi, Ghana.

Using the site

You may browse the site, watch the work, and send an enquiry or a brief. Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or send anything unlawful through the forms.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending the contact form, the brief, or a WhatsApp message is a request. It becomes a booking only when Motionplus confirms the job and the quote. Prices are agreed for the actual job. They are not fixed by anything on this website.

Material you send us

You confirm that you have the right to send us the text and files in a brief. We use them to quote and, if you book us, to do the work. We keep them as described in the privacy policy.

Our work on this site

Films, photographs, and text on this site belong to Motionplus or to the clients they were made for. You may not copy them for your own commercial use without permission. Watching a project page and sharing a link to it is fine.

The website itself

We work to keep the site available and the project pages accurate. We do not promise that every page, video, or form will be available without interruption.
